Payment
Avomate ApS accepts payments with VISA, Mastercard, Maestro, MobilePay, Apple Pay. Payment will only be charged to your account once the order is confirmed.
All amounts are in DKK, Danish Kroner, and include VAT. At the checkout, the order total will show in your local currency.
Avomate ApS uses an approved payment server that encrypts all your card information with SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol. This means that your information cannot be read.
Shipping and Delivery
Avomate ApS delivers on all weekdays. Expected delivery time is 1-3 business days*.

Warranty
A 2-year warranty is provided in accordance with the Purchase Act. Our warranty covers defects in materials and/or manufacturing.
The warranty does not apply to errors or damages caused by incorrect operation of the product/service.
Avomate ApS will cover return costs to a reasonable extent.

We do NOT accept returned mail sent to a postal shop or parcel box. In such cases, it is expected that the package will be returned to the sender, after which it must be sent again. All expenses in such situations are charged to the sender.
Refund
If a refund is agreed, the full amount or part of it (depending on the condition of the item), will be transferred directly back to the customer.
Right of Cancellation
There is a 14-day full return policy on items purchased in our webshop.
The period is counted from the day you receive the order.
You must bear the costs of returning the goods yourself.
Cancellation must be notified to us no later than 14 days after purchase, and from the cancellation, you must return the shipment no later than 14 days later.
Note: Sale items cannot be exchanged for other items and cannot be returned unless the item has defects or shortcomings.
When you shop on our website (https://avomate.eu/), you have 14 days to return the item to us. We expect you to return the goods as soon as possible after receiving them and that you have notified us of the cancellation by email. We credit the money as soon as we have received the item (however, never postage and delivery costs), after which it can take up to 14 days before the money is back in your account.
The notification must be given by email at sales@avomate.eu. In the message, you must make it clear to us that you want to exercise your right of cancellation. You can also choose to use our standard cancellation form and send it back. You can find it here:

Condition of the item when you send it back
NOTE: You may lose your purchase amount, fully or partially. This can happen if the item's value is diminished because:
- It is evident that you have used the item.
- The packaging is damaged.
- You have handled the item in a way that it cannot be sold as new.
- We 100% determine the approval of the item's condition.
You are only liable for any diminished value of the item resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the item.
In other words – you can test the item in the same way as if you tried it in a physical store.
If the item has been tested beyond what is described above, we consider it used, which means that if you cancel the purchase, you only get a part or none of the purchase amount back, depending on the item's commercial value.
To receive the full purchase amount back, you must do the same as you can in a physical store. You may test the item but not take it into actual use.
Repayment
When we receive the item, we check it, and you are refunded the amount you paid to us at the time of purchase. The amount is always refunded to the same payment method you used for the purchase. If, for example, you paid by card, the purchase amount is refunded to the payment card you used at the time of purchase. According to consumer regulations, the amount is refunded within 14 days after we receive the item.
